Excellent shipping packaging and quality product

I love this custom frame! The packaging was perfect- I was concerned that shipping to the PNW would result in broken glass... what a pleasant surprise (and other businesses should take note!). I appreciated being able to choose where to place the hanging bracket, and it is very sturdy compared to versions I've used on other frames. The gold frame I chose is a pleasant hue, not too yellow or brassy, with a slight shine that gives it a classy, baroque look. The package alerts and shipping updates were helpful too. Overall excellent quality and I'm happy to have a safe, sturdy home for my art.
