I was surprised that the lumbar cushion is not adjustable but is stitched into place. However I kept checking back with my wife, who uses it a lot in her home office, while providing nonprofit global workshops on zoom. She is very pleased with the comfort of this chair (as a heavy person). I only gave 4 stars for the design aspect because I think some people will need that cushion to be adjustable. However, if it remains available, I might buy one for my own home office. I like that it is not upholstered in vinyl...in my view, a big plus.
