Great product, unacceptable delivery
I did not appreciate the delivery. The driver refused to drive the package up my driveway, claiming his truck wouldn't fit between the posts on either side of the driveway. We've had very large trucks up here many times at least as big as the Fed Ex truck. If we can't get heavy items delivered to our door, these to 70 year olds will have to take our business elsewhere. The chair is great! I already recommended it to a friend who was looking for one. Product is great, but delivery was unacceptable.
