Disappointing for a brand new chair.

The chair arrived in a damaged box and there was a broken armrest and rusted pieces. I gave 4 stars because Customer Support was able to make it right. It was easy to assemble and comfortable to sit and recline, however the posts on the footrest were bent and the posts on the slide out were rusted. Disappointing for a brand new chair. Once completely assembled, visually the chair looked misaligned.
