Why i chose this, because it works. If you read or research the manufactures preparations prior to applying, you will find that "It Works". Really, the temperature range is between ( -80° ~ 350° ) , wow ! Only thing I did not care for was the smell at first. The off gas is bad. Always use your ppe respirator. In a few hours it dissipates and the smell is much weaker.

Great product for RV roof's

I applied Flex Seal Liquid MAX to the roof of a 1999 RV. I was truly impressed at how well it covered the surface with very little prep. I trimmed the edges and roof features with a brush and used a roller to apply to the large flat areas. I highly recommend this product and plan to use it for more applications.
