Quality control

Received the item with a scratch in the glass. This is my second time ordering from you and the second time i need to have the glass/Plexiglas replaced. Maybe someone should be inspect the product before it is shipped.

Size and no contact issue

I place and order and size I wanted kept changing and at the checkout it would not let me see the size I was selecting. And when I tried calling corresponding to the hours showing on web page no one was available,

Feedback

Very happy with the finished product. Do wish the hardware was included. Having to install the hardware myself does take away from the overall satisfaction, especially since I plan to order multiple frames every year. Otherwise, very pleased.
