Great for puppies with food sensitivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my puppy on chicken and found his stomach was always upset and tried switching him to the lamb and rice hills formula for large breed and he was still having issues. Per the back of the bag, chicken was still a key component in that food (pretty much all hills options). Switched him to this one that did not have chicken anywhere on the ingredient list and now my puppy is having more solidified stools and hasn't been itching as much.

Sensitive skin/stomach

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the best switch I did to be honest I had another dog brand that was chicken then I switched it to this one. there was a huge difference in my puppy he wasn't scratching or have the runs anymore so I know that this food brand worked my sensitive puppy and he enjoys eating it.

Great for puppies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched to this version of Pro Plan Large Breed Puppy dry food after noticing our puppy was having stomach troubles with chicken (very common with the breed). It was a very easy transition to the Salmon version and he loves it. I can't wait to see him continue to grow with this food. We usually get the largest possible bag and store it in stainless steel buckets with a tight lid. It seems to store well until it is time to refill. We are very pleased with it.
