Be sure to have your own chair as only a child under 5 ft can sit on chair included. A Velcro pocket on the outside in ADDITION TO THE one provided would be MOST helpful I had a 25 minute 141 session and felt good but did not really sweat much. My second use. I will go to upper heat and time next.
