Arrived in better condition then I anticipated, but was Missing the Pin. Considering how some of my other orders were received I chose not to make a big deal out of it esp when My Original Order was Canceled!! I'm grateful to have one at the end of the day...This is the Way

I was lucky. Lucky that I got my figure and did not see my order cancelled and then see the price of the figure doubled. I was lucky the Walmart employee that actually packed my figure put it in a small thick Box. Lucky that although my figure had no padding whatsoever both the plastic clamshell and the cardboard are pristine. I was lucky that the only thing wrong with my shipment is that I was missing the much claimed Exclusive “ The Child” pin. As a paying customer I should not have to hope that I am lucky to receive my item in the promised condition. Walmart do right by your customers underpromise and overdeliver. Work on your app so that searching through it does not feel like navigating a late 90's search engine. Encourage your shipment department to take care and pride on what they do. Those items they ship are items people spent their hard- earned money, as a gift, as a plaything as a necessity as something to bring a smile to their lives. Maybe pay your employees a decent wage so that they enjoy doing their work.
