Kind of pricey but taste nice and full of the minerals like Zinc that we need in our diet. I'd rather chew on seeds that take pills to get these vitamins and minerals . You can also spread them into your salads or dishes to consume. I bought the 1 pound size in the closable package.

Delicious! We love these organic seeds. This was the first time we bought the 2lb bag, we usually buy the 1lb. Didn’t think there’d be any difference between them however, the one pound seeds seem better quality. The 2lb bag doesn’t seem as regulated size/quality. Either way they are delicious and a very important part of our daily diet (and our hamsters)

In our household, we always prefer whole and raw nuts. I was lucky to find raw unsalted pumpkin seeds on the Walmart app, as I usually only see salted and roasted ones in the market, which I absolutely do not prefer these seeds are healthy snack, and go well with everything oats bread and more the product also has a good validity date which I really appreciated as an online customer many times sellers don't pay attention and and expired or soon to expire items but this thoughtfulness truly stood out.
