hate to say, never got a chance to know if this item was good or not. but can say, worst customer service ever, do not buy from Homesquare seller!! item arrived damaged in a very damaged box. the seller did not reply the first time I reached out via walmart. when they did reply the a day later, they said we were going to have to pay for return shipping ($250!) plus a large restocking fee. I had to tell them again that it was damaged! then they wanted us to unbox it before sending back- what the what? I had to email them ten times, and it felt like I was talking to a robot. they never answered my questions, refused to talk on the phone, and asked for photos after I had already sent them. I chose to buy from this seller because it said free returns (in case we were not happy with the item) but to get this kind of run around over a damaged king size bed is ridiculous!! will never buy from them again. I ended up having to request full refund from walmart.
