Non stick is slick as ice!
I just started using my new green pan pots and pans. I use them according to the instructions, and I must say that I was extremely and pleasantly surprised. I have all the many different types of nonstick pans and pots in the past, but nothing seems to compare to what these pots and pans bring to the table. First of all the nonstick is absolutely amazing. The food moved around like it was on an ice-skating rink. On top of that the food cooked so even and actually cooked quicker than any other pot or pan I have ever used with the exception of Cast Iron. I am so glad that I upgraded to this brand. I hope they continue to work this well when they are years old.
