A little tricky to hook up. The instructions and quick guide were missing from box. You only can email, no phone number can be found.. It takes a long time between answers. 1 week and still waiting for paperwork. Other then that, the product is a good one.

Great benefits to this handy listener- it fits well under chin not on top of head - earbud style yet conveniently worn with the volume-balance control reachable under chin. Roller easily adjusts tones. Funny thing when TV is on silent mode, I can easily slip Simolio down during commercials. It's a keeper!

A thrilled great-grandson

My 1.5-year-old great-grandson loves music and pretending with a microphone. He was absolutely thrilled with this—his face lit up as he held it and sang his heart out! It's wonderful to see such pure joy and imagination in action. For all the fun it provides, the price is fantastic. Thank you for offering such a great quality product at a very reasonable cost!
