I needed a little notebook that I can keep out of the phone to jot down those or starts during today and I didn't want a full size binder cuz they're just big and clumsy. this is the perfect size little notebook up from the top and there it is player room for writing notes, doctor's appointments, thoughts or whatever. and it doesn't take up any space at all. and there's plenty of pages in here should last a while
