For the price I feel like it's a really good product, I just wish there was another setting that isn't quite as hot as the lowest one offered. I think the temperature levels will be great for most people, I just tend to run really hot . it does heat somewhat unevenly but I think that's the case with any type of heating blanket or mattress pad
