Urban decay eye primer is the holy grail, but CG lid lock up is comparable, amazing for a 1/3 of the price of UD. Im quite oily and Ive tried ELF, Revlon Colorstay, NYX, Wet n Wild, etc drugstore eye primers, but none are as good. I always come back to CG lid lock up.

Excuses

I use this because I bought it on a whim, I wanted to try primer and never researched so this is my only brand I've ever tried, but it seems to do the job as it's supposed to, even for being from a grocery store
