Very good. A little stinky... but the length is good and you can use multiple bands at once. A friend ordered the same set and broke one plastic clip... but he was doing wacky twists with the Insanity workout - so just ensure the metal ring of the handles stays tensioned on the thick plastic part of the clip and you should be fine.
