If you want a streamlined instant-read thermometer experience over picking through settings, timers, etc., choose the Inkbird. The display is large, clear, and uncluttered. Accurate Waterproof Thermometer

I love this thermometer. It's accurate and easy to use. The controls make sense. I love that it's easily rechargeable (never have to worry about batteries). But, most of all, I love that it's waterproof! I tend to be a little absentminded when I barbecue, and often leave something or other outside. Which isn't a big deal -- unless it rains. The fact that it's waterproof, adds an extra level of comfort for me. I highly recommend this thermometer.
