Wow, We should've bought this years ago, that's what my Husband and I keep saying. After years of accumulated injuries from work and play,we just stretched, in the mornings and went about our days working through our pains and strains. This massager works like a serious machine. Your shoulders, back, hips, butt, and feet will thank you, for paying attention to them. My shoulders carry my stress as well as my left one ,an old injury, that leaves a hard knot always. Now the knot dissolves to nothing. My husband has neuropathy in his legs and feet and says he's feeling, them again. Of note, this is not a single person massager. The unit has weight and one person cannot reach the areas, by themselves. This is a lovely gift for a couple, to use on each other. Highly recommend.
