So far- I'd classify it as durable. Very durable compared to the rotary types. Although I still use the other type, I have had to lean on this one when the others malfunction or break. For me, there's a bit of a learning curve where the adjustment to use different types of water sprays it is equipped for. Usually, I'm in such a hurry to attend to duties that leisure time to figure this out is at a bare minimum. Perhaps I will contact Ai for instructions. It IS compatible with my 5/8 “hose. Its water pressure is high. So far- no leaks.

Average hose nozzle

I prefer this type of gun nozzle over the nozzles with different spray patterns. With this nozzle you do not have the same selection of patterns. You can adjust from a stream to a shower. That's about it. But, imo, these are a little less likely to break if you drop your hose on your driveway. That's my main reason for choosing this nozzle. Works ok. Decent price.

Yes in my apartment complex here in Hawaii we have a problem with Farrell of wild chickens running throughout the complex so I bought 50 ft of hose and a nozzle to keep them out of the bushes around my windows because they are just obnoxious but yes the nozzle works great thank you.
