I gave a low score on durability because while it's heavy particle board, the veneer is thin and scratches easily. Definitely assemble on carpet! This cabinet arrived earlier than expected, in perfect condition, and was fully assembled by my husband in about an hour. It is very heavy, has a generously spacious interior that easily fit full sized hangers, looks elegant in our guest room, and fit our needs perfectly. I would gladly recommend!
