Since I have mobility issues this is one of my lunch/dinner meals which is easy for my son to put in the microwave and is ready to eat when he gets out of the shower since he works overnights. It is perfect for a one person meal with easy preparation and the taste is great as well as the texture. I have to watch my weight so I find the ingredients and nutrients information helpful in maintaining my calorie and carbohydrates and all that comes along with it intake. I prefer this over the other products that I have reviewed and am satisfied with everything about it. Even the cost is just a few cents cheaper
