I like it! This item is in no way a firm girdle kind of support but loose and flexible. I live in the south and wanted something lightweight but gave me some support to hold those buldges in a little. Be realistic ladies, this is no miracle support item, it will hold you in slightly or atleast keep your fat areas together, that's the best I can explain it. Overall, I really like it!
