Have to make homemade tortillas because my daughter cannot have flour or wheat. Pre-made cassava tortillas are >$16.00 a pack!!! Cassava flour is supposed to make the best tortillas closest to flour. Have seen the flour at other specialty grocery stores but Great Value was the most inexpensive. Just opened the 3rd bag of 5 I've bought in the last month %26 a half to bake with as well.
