This is our second. of this model. It is a work horse of a device. My son is hard on his stuff and this held up great for 3 years. Had a really bad fall and the motherboard finally gave out. This is a replacement for that one. It worked so well the first time that we bought a second.

I ordered a new item through walmart and instead received this open box, refurbished looking computer. Now while I spent less than $100 on said item the issue i take with this is that it was listed as and even showed up in the filtered results as "new" which it clearly is not. this is a failing of. Wal-Mart in vetting its salers and providers as well as their app development team's. it is by that failing and the dishonesty and/or negligence that I have given this level of review the item itself dosent seem to operate up to specifications at the moment either. The only reason this gets two stars is due to the speed of request and delivery. All other points led toinus three stars. Hopefully this review leads to better evaluation and services but the likelihood is minimal.
