Dental Floss.

My hygienist recommends dental floss over the floss picks. So, on her advice, I switched to what she said would do a better job of cleaning around my teeth —tried-and-true dental floss. I was a little scared the floss would shred, but I haven't had any issues yet. I brush my teeth three to four times a day, so the Equate brand is saving me on dental care costs, even for floss.

I found waxed floss is 100% better than other kinds that shred, break, get stuck between teeth! This wax lets it slide easily between teeth and does the best job. It never breaks and thin enough it never gets stuck between teeth. I will always use this kind.
