New plant grower I got the 2 and 4 head lamp going on 3 months ago and my plants are doing ok especially my carnivorous plants, the 20 watt one burned my phalanopsis leaf so they are powerful enough at full intensity . I see complaints about the lights suddenly not working after a few months when using the timer. even as a desk lamp this is a great light

I bought it for plants. It worked. But the light it makes is so beautiful I'm keeping it as a desk lamp. It has 3 light settings. I was using the blue light for vegetative growth. It kept the plants alive. As a desk lamp I like using fuller spectrum light for studying. For night time I turn on the red light because it helps me sleep. (Blue light wakes me up, so by not being blue it helps.)
