The Runner ,Safavieh Brand

1-the Color wasn't this soft Grey that I wanted!( They sent me Charcoale Grey ! 2-The Runner lenght is shorter than the size i ordered! 3-The Quality is bad ,(loose noeuds--not tight and nice look as the Picture show. 4-Disappointed completely.
