could not believe the quality of this rug for the price. We ordered it and were highly skeptical that it would be as pictured, but were happily surprised. Appears exactly as pictured in photo and feels soft, not scratchy. We will add a non slip rug pag underneath for extra padding (rug does slip some on its own), but I think you could get away with not having the pad as long as you have heavy enough furniture on top to prevent slipping. Very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is so soft. It is not very heavy for its size but does not slip around. The pattern is perfect for my daughter's room, because it is very neutral, but will hide stains. Her computer chair slides with no problems as it is not deep or shaggy, just soft. Feels great underfoot.
