It was recommended by my dermatologist that I take vitamin D for my hair. I like these because they're 1000 IU. I take one in the morning and one in the evening in order to evenly distribute my intake, as recommended. They are easy to swallow and don't seem to upset my stomach. These are available at my local Walmart and I can afford to buy them. Can't say for sure that they work. Wouldn't know how to judge that.
