Packages were delivered this morning but left outside of the building and are exposed to the heat and sun in which they should not have been. I left specific instructions for it to be delivered to my door and handed over to me…the customer! I received a text saying that my stuff had been delivered, but it was left outside on the walkway for anyone to pick it up. So now I have to wait on my son to come home from a business trip to bring it up because I struggle with walking, lifting and bending due to multiple broken and deteriorated discs in my neck, back and shoulders. I am very disappointed in the lack of care that was used while delivering the package and the lack of service and the lack of respect shown while delivering it.
