My first Shark product

It was so easy to order, it was my first shark product, I cannot be more happier with it, it keeps my floor clean, the only downside is the repetitive pumping of the steam handle to get it to steam, other than that it is really quick and easy to assemble. Also buy distilled water as it works better with the machine and won't clog the jets.
