Best Plan Ever

This plan runs my phone and wifi with no issues. I've been using straight talk for years. Great company. Great plan. I can stream on my TV and use my laptop simultaneously using the hotspot included in this plan. Walmart being included is wonderful as well. With this $65 a month card, I get Internet, phone, Walmart , and Paramount which is essential for me where I'm a lifelong fan of combat sports and cartoons

Service is great hotspot not so much

Convenient of refill and data service are both very easy to use and work great. The only issue I've had is with my Mobile hotspot it worked great on the $55 30GB plan then switching plans it didn't work for two weeks, then worked great for a while and went right back to not working again even with countless time spent with a customer service representative from Straight talk.. other than that recurring issue I've had no other major issues with the service but would like to see what I can do to have this issue fixed or resolved . Thank you for your time and help in advance.
