This is my second order of these flameless candles. The first set arrived without the remote. The store said to return them as they cannot provide the remote separately. The store told me to reorder the candle set. The second set arrived without remote. Since I use them in a fireplace, it is extremely awkward to have to crawl into the space to turn them on or off and without the remote I cannot use the time feature. Do not purchase this item.
