these came in a pack, so I'll have enough to wear them on ankles and wrists. for some reason 2-1/2%23 in these weights feels heavier than 2-1/2 packages of butter. but the weights seem to be made very well. I truly appreciate the extra fabric band that lies in the path of the Velcro strip in order to protect your skin from the harsh Velcro. the fabric is soft and plush. the Velcro is very long and should wrap around nearly every ankle. I'm a big girl and there was plenty of room for the weight to close securely around mine. seriously though, who knew 2-1/2 pounds was so heavy? In this order I got 10%23 of weights. I consider that a big win.
