I bought these for my 85-year-old father who had a knee replacement. I got the black and the grey and both look just like they do online. Love that they have pockets. Quality is great and they wash beautifully. Also, they don't look like orthopedic "adaptive" pants. Although my dad is older, he's in excellent shape and I like to keep his wardrobe current. His sons and grandsons, who are very fashion conscience, even loved them. They have a sporty, athletic look and my dad will be able to use them after he has recovered. We boat a lot and they are perfect for that, too. Although they are a roomier fit, they are still true to size. Remember: they are adaptive pants and need to be able to fit around casts, bandage wrappings. I ordered my dad's normal size, medium, and it's perfect. He's 6'0 tall and weighs about 200 pounds.

I bought these for my husband and they look and feel great. Perfect length for him, he is 5'8", size M. Much easier to get over sneaks and the side pockets are great too. I'm going to see if I can get a pair as well.
