I bought these for my 85-year-old father who had a knee replacement. I got the black and the grey and both look just like they do online. Love that they have pockets. We boat a lot and they are perfect for that, too. Although they are a roomier fit, they are still true to size. Remember: they are adaptive pants and need to be able to fit around casts, bandage wrappings. I ordered my dad's normal size, medium, and it's perfect. He's 6'0 tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
