Delicious and not crazy hot

I really love this crisp. The flavor is great. The heat isn't too much. I usually use 3/4 of a teaspoon in my stirfry and it has a very nice bite but doesn't run out to taste of everything else. It's a little bit pricey compared to some of the cheaper stuff, but it's worth every extra penny.
