Works great for psoriasis on the scalp. Been using this for my sister's psoriasis on her scalp. When it gets to be really bad, we do have to use this special oil that's a prescription that works excellently, but finding a shampoo that keeps it at bay was difficult. Then one of my mom's friends said she uses Happy Cappy for her own psoriasis, we thought we'd give it a try! My sister is an adult - so this is great for adults besides children. Works better than Neutrogena T/Sal!
