I'm actually too heavy to use this chair, but as I was buying a chair for me to use I decided to buy another chair for my home aids %26 guests to use. They love this chair! The massage %26 heat are designed to really be therapeutic not just gimmicks. Only downside I've seen is they have a tendency to nod off to sleep it's so relaxing

For starters, it's a good size chair and is delivered in two boxes and the burgundy color is bold and beautiful! It was extremely easy to put together and required no tools. It came with instructions, but I didn't need them! I do wish the arm rests had storage but each remote has a hanger and there are 2 large and 2 small pockets that are very useful. There are 2 cup holders for drinks/ phone too. The vibration and heat works well and is very relaxing. I was a bit nervous to order without seeing it or sitting in it but I'm very glad I did. It is a good quality chair, nice thick plush fabric and I feel it will hold up for many many years. I'm VERY pleased with this chair!!!
