So basically it came in the mail through the roads being bad due to the storm I had to leave my review I seen people saying get a Size Up NO!!!! The point of it being tight is to train your waist and Tummy area. Walmart always comes through with the exclusive deals these wait trainers as sold for 80 bucks on Ig and other sites. Get it Wear it while cleaning or shopping get your EXACT size. U may need help but hey Summer is coming good luck

Has a nice fit it holds a flapping over belly if you adjust the bottom straps right however I bought this to use at work where I do a lot of bending, lifting, twisting and turning, and it rolls over and one of the corset wires or whatever you call them started sticking out after two weeks three weeks at the most… I can't say I've lost any weight or inches around the waist, but it does work as a great low-grade heating pad keeping my lower back pliable and not hurting. I recommend it to my coworkers for menstrual cramps because it'll keep a low-grade heating pad on that area. Also with the straps you can put a little pressure there too.
