Great for bigger dogs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were great! My dog use them right away. They were very absorbent and I felt collected the urine smell a bit. I did not notice a urine smell after my dog had to use them, which is great and works better than an older brand I was using. I would highly recommend these dog pads for any large larger breed.

Great pads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to try Scott’s Pet Guard Pads XL for free for my honest opinions and they are great! I have a senior yorkie who has trouble holding her bladder. So we keep pads around the house when we are home and not home. They are so absorbent and work great at giving the scent.

Effective coverage for multi pet house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dog pads have been so helpful in managing my dog's habit of 'air snapping' at the water bowl when he gets over stimulated.. which results in a significant amount of water flung onto the hardwood floor. The size of these pads is the best feature. the XL dimensions cover enough surface area to catch the spray from the water bowl and still leaving room for him to stand comfortably. They're heavy enough that they don't slide around or bunch up, and they absorb the moisture so quick without anything leaking to the floor. Interestingly, my cat starting rolling around on the pads as well and grooming herself on it. It must be the training scent that is drawing her in. The pads have been a helpful low maintenance solution and doing exactly what I hoped.
