first off，it was properly packaged and secured. Super heavy box though. Next, the installation was actually easy.(And I hate putting together things). it was so easy to put together, and quality materials. The material is velvet, soft and doesn't catch random lint. It's sturdy, no squeaks, and you can get rid of that box spring ! It's super pretty and a great price! It looks so elegant and feels sturdy, was not to bad to build, no damage when I received mine. And it goes perfect in my room, not too high or short its good length. Holds pretty good weight as well. I really love this bed frame!
