I'm getting into wok cooking and needed a decent cleaver for cutting meat and vegetables into smaller slices and chunks. This is a good looking cleaver, fits well in the hand, and was of great use last night (1st use) slicing up a full chicken into small chunks. Instructions say hand wash only and dry before putting away. Comes with silicone edge protector and nicely engraved Asian style floral pattern.
