Soft and cozy and the material is 100 percent cotton which is getting hard to find! These make the cold and winter a little easier to bear! Can't wait to get in and hate to get out. My wife first washed the flannel bedsheets and there was the normal pilling. We dried on the clothesline in sunny FL. We have the Allswell queen size bed with mattress cover measuring a depth of 13”. The 14” deep pocket fitted sheet easily fit w/o any effort. Recently we have experienced some low 40's temperatures, and these sheets were so warm %26 comfy., I did not have to pull up our quilt. Our previous flannel sheets I did have to use the quilt to stay warm. Only time will tell how durable these flannel sheets are; however, for now we very pleased. I should mention the fitted sheet did have (2) pen size black marks that did not wash out. So small my wife was not bothered by them. Being a man I was quite upset….just kidding!
