This cake is delicious! It's the closest to having a real coffee cake. This brand has surprised me with how soft the actual cake is and that it doesn't completely crumble when you're looking at it. It has great cinnamon crunchiness and it's perfect with your coffee. I'm a bit of a connoisseur when comes to gluten free products. This is 100% what I would make at home again or bring to any gathering.

A very enjoyable gluten-free cake

They are an easy mix and bake. I only use a portion of the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture otherwise it makes the cake too sweet. The texture is great; smooth, not gritty. Next one I bake I may leave half of it plain to see how it taste without the brown sugar and cinnamon.
