Was using melatonin which helps. This brand of valerian root has helped me. I've used valerian root in the past and I decided to try this one. Tried others more expensive and wasn't working so I switched to melatonin. Got these to try and I am very pleased with the results. These are both calming for anxiety and to help relax differently than melatonin or other brands of the valerian.

Was bored, read somewhere it can cause nightmares, and thought, why not? I could use a good horror story in my sleep. Yeah. This was one of the bad nightmares. The kind that sticks with you.
