First off, I will say I am not Diabetic. I bought these for the thickness to keep my feet warm during the winter. They fit true to size according to the sizing chart, they are thick and the calf part is not restricting. I wear them for leisure around the house instead of slippers. They keep my feet warm and no sweating, which is a plus. I have washed and dried them, and they kept their shape with no shrinking. I think these would work very well for people who have calves and feet that are prone to swelling, they have a nice stretch to them and stay up. For me they are too thick for my shoes, but I can put my slide slippers on to go outside. I really like the comfort they provide and I recommend them. They are a really good value for the amount you get,

My second purchase of this brand. Although not diabetic, I originally purchased a pack in blue (navy and chambray) to get the Large size with No Toe Seam. On top of those comfort features, the knit weave allows my feet to breathe. These socks are stretchy, stay up without sagging and do not compress circulation or bind at the top. Great for day and so comfortable to put on a clean pair after applying aloe foot treatments at night. Good value with 4pair pack. Tossing all my tube socks in favor of these!
