Love it! Makes perfect bread.

I made bread for the first time ever and I am loving it. The process is very simple and the booklet provides a really good framework you can follow to make bread. I also used the douche function to make dough for pizza and I have never had that fluffy dough in my homemade pizzas. Totally in love with the bread maker and the bread it makes. I am never buying bread from the grocery store again!

Pricey but Excellent Bread Machine

Years ago, I owned an Oster bread machine. It was a stout little trooper and I spent many days making delicious bread with it. Somewhere along the way I lost it, so I decided to purchase the Kitchen in the Box 2lb Bread Machine during Black Friday 2024. This review is probably somewhat premature because I haven't had a chance to explore all of the machine's features; however, I just finished my first loaf of homemade French bread. It was divine, and easy to do too. I simply added the ingredients for a 600g loaf of bread, hit the Start button, and three hours later - presto! I'm looking forward to making some more challenging baked goods in the future. But for now, I can say I'm pleased with the quality and performance of this machine.
