Crucial Technology CT16G4SFS832A 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM

The problem is not with the product, I was looking to return it unopened, and the return policy Walmart send me indicated I can return to any Walmart store. This was incorrect and they could not help me. I opened a ticket about next steps and i was told "we will refund your money, no need to send back". Three days later I get a message that my refund was rejected for not meeting the return policy. I opened another ticket asking why my refund was denied". The response was "we can't give a full refund on a $105.00 part we sell, the previous refund promise should not have been made". I did get proper return instructions, and a whole $15 credit for my next purchase. Gee thanks.
